Summary: Ad ROI Calculator does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. All information you enter (ad spend, revenue, campaign names, etc.) stays only on your device. We do not require an account, login, or internet connection to use the app.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically, we do not collect, access, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Location data
• Contacts
• Photos, media, or files (other than PDF reports you choose to generate and share)
• Device identifiers used for advertising or tracking
• Any usage analytics or behavioral tracking data

2. Information You Enter Into the App

When you use the App, you may enter data such as:

• Ad spend, revenue, clicks, impressions, and conversion figures
• Campaign names or client names (optional, for your own organization)

This data is stored locally on your device only, using a local database (Room/SQLite). It is never uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party. We do not have access to this data at any time.

3. PDF Reports and Sharing

If you choose to export a calculation as a PDF report and share it (via WhatsApp, Email, or any other app), that sharing action is initiated entirely by you using your device's built-in share functionality. The App itself does not send this data to us or to any third party — it simply hands the file off to the app you choose to share it with.

4. Permissions

The App requests only the minimum permissions necessary for its core functionality (such as storage access for saving/exporting PDF reports, where applicable on your Android version). We do not request permissions for contacts, location, camera, microphone, SMS, or call logs.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, AdMob, or any similar service in this version of the App.

If this changes in a future update, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and the update will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children, as the App collects no personal information from any user.

7. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us, the security of your data depends on your own device's security (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device secured.

8. Your Rights and Control

Since we do not collect or store any of your data on our servers, there is no data for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. You have full control over your data at all times — you can clear your calculation history directly within the App's Settings, or simply uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data.
